🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At Earth Jewels Co., we want you to love every piece you receive. Each item is handmade with love and care using natural stones—making each one unique. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔙 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note:
We do not accept returns on:

Custom or personalized jewelry
Sale items or items purchased with discount codes (unless defective)
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

🔁 Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or your jewelry arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the case.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

Shipping charges (AED 18) are non-refundable.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
