Prices for our products are listed in AED and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Order Acceptance & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment must be completed before we ship your item(s).
4. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days across the UAE. Shipping charges are AED 18.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom or personalized jewelry is non-refundable unless faulty. See our Return Policy for complete information.
6. User Comments & Feedback
If you send feedback, reviews, or ideas to Earth Jewels Co., you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation. You agree not to post anything abusive, unlawful, or misleading on our website or social channels.
